Cyber Security Experts, LLC and its other descriptors (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) developed this Privacy Policy in an effort to clarify how we collect, use, and protect Personal Information (defined below), and your elections about the collection and use of Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy is applicable to Personal Information collected or processed through our websites that link to this Privacy Policy (inclusive of, the “Site”).

Personal Information” is information that, either by itself or in mixture with other information, identifies you. For example, when you complete the contact form on the Site, we ask for your first name, business name, phone number, email address, and how we can help. We will indicate when you attempt to submit a form whether a particular field of information is mandatory or optional. If you choose not to provide certain information, we may not be able to provide the desires service.

We may also collect similar information from emails sent to you which then help us track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. We use Log File Information to help secure the Site by identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and to analyze the effectiveness of our Site to help improve the Site’s function and content.

    We will not disclose Personal Information except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or with your consent. This section describes to whom we disclose Personal Information, and for what purposes:

    • Our Service Providers. We engage service providers or business partners to perform tasks on our behalf and to assist us in providing the Site or our services. Some of these third parties may need to access to Personal Information to perform their services. For example, we engage third parties to assist us with hosting the Site, sponsoring events, analyzing our Site traffic, and marketing our services online.

  1. How We Protect the Security of Personal Information

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, such as industry-standard encryption technology (e.g., Transport Layer Security (TLS), protocol) formerly Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to help keep the information collected through the Site secure. Despite these efforts to store Personal Information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information during its transmission or its storage on our systems. Further, while we attempt to ensure the integrity and security of Personal Information, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties such as hackers from illegally obtaining access to Personal Information. We do not represent or warrant that Personal Information about you will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.

  1. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any Personal Information from children or minors (under the age of 18). In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child without parental consent, we will promptly take steps to delete that information.

  1. Correcting, Updating, Accessing, or Removing Personal Information

In addition to other rights you may have depending on where you reside (as described below), you can request that we correct, update, or delete your Personal Information by emailing a request to us at info@cutcyberrisk.com. We will promptly process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Opting Out of Receiving Communications

With your permission, we and our business partners may send you Communications. You may choose to stop receiving Communications by indicating your preference in your account profile or settings. You may also follow the unsubscribe instructions in any Communication you receive. You may also send a global unsubscribe request to info@cutcyberrisk.com. Please note that certain Site-related Communications are necessary for the proper functioning and use of the Site and you may not have the ability to opt out of those Communications.

  1. Retention of Personal Information

We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your Personal Information has been collected as outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  1. Individuals in the EU

We do not provide products or services to individuals in the European Union (EU). Our products and services are limited to individuals or entities within the United States of America (USA). Cyber Security Experts is not liable for any provision outlined in General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which took effect on May 25, 2018.

  1. Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Sites who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of “personal information” (as defined by California law) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.   1. Other Websites, Including Social Media

We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Site, including the information or content contained within them. A link to a third party’s website should not be construed as an endorsement. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing Personal Information to third parties.

  1. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to change without notice. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on our Site at least one week prior to their taking effect. If at any point, we decide to use Personal Information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you via email of the changes to our Policy. In such cases, you will have a choice as to whether or not we use your Personal Information in this different manner.

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this policy at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30-day’s notice prior to any new provisions taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
